More than 40 teenagers from a Sandy neighborhood gave up a chance to ride horses, go canoeing, and go camping in exchange for hammers, paintbrushes, and power tools. The kids from the Eastridge 1st Ward are spending their youth conference working to change the life of Frank Rogers.
