One of the commandments we are asked to keep is to keep the Sabbath Day Holy, what exactly this means? How strictly do you think should be our observance?

One of the commandments we are asked to keep is to keep the Sabbath Day Holy, what exactly this means? How strictly do you think should be our observance?

I don't really do anything except sleep and watch tv, and when I have play video games.

How strictly do you think should be our observance?

I think our minds and hearts should be in tune with how special this day is. According to many articles I read is a day of rest, we can also do our genealogy, visit the sick and the afflicted, read our Scriptures and engage ourselves in spiritual activities.
