Actually that is the official standing of the church, I remember hearing in G.C. just a few years ago.

Hey Tragula I know you're asking Sariah but at one point the general handbook was online they removed it years ago. In any case its easy to access one, you just ask the Bishop the official position on something and he tells you exactly where in the books says it, well my bishop does that.
