David Ragsdale Shoots His Wife

Although I read the Deseret news report I did not see anywhere mention if David Ragsdale is a Member? Does anyone know?

Yes he is a member.  I think that the family of Mrs. Ragsdale is doing something so Christian and it is rare.  They want David to get the help he needs.

I picked that up right away as well and was quite amazed at the feeling of love that came from them and forgiveness.   I admire that because it cannot be easy at this time for them.   He took something from them that can never be given back--and they seem to understand that and will deal with it within themselves as time passes.  It seems though they are trying to deal with what is left here, their grandchildren and their son-in-law and focus on any good that can come of that.   I don't know if I could be that forgiving right away.   I tend to harbor hurt and then work through it.   I pray the Lord blesses them for their stregnth and comforts them in a way only He could.
