LDS missionary killed in Africa

It is sad to see a servent of the Lord die this way, in any way actually.   But I was touched by the remark his family had made saying the he had just recently came to this on his own.   I think it just shows the urgency to repent and turn to the Lord is every bit that. . . . Urgent!  I am so thankful that he was at that point and serving with all he had.   My prayers go out to his family and investigators.

According to church officials, Chad Steven Wayman, 21, was fatally injured after swerving to avoid hitting a pedestrian crossing a highway near Johannesburg.  Emergency medical personnel responding to the accident said Wayman died at the scene.

Wayman's companion, 20-year-old Draper resident Stephen Riska Turnbow, suffered minor cuts and bruises.
