Calling And Election Made Sure

An interesting Topic that has so many implications to it. For those outside of the Church and some within it refers to the promise that Eternal Life will be yours. For others it means something more, even in this life. What are your thoughts about Calling And Election Made Sure?

I always like this D&C 93:1
It explains it really well.  Or as well as the scriptures can.

Verily, thus saith the Lord: It shall come to pass that every soul who forsaketh his sins and cometh unto me, and calleth on my name, and obeyeth my voice, and keepeth my commandments, shall see my face and know that I am

So you think that all those who had their Calling and Election Made Sure have seen the face of Christ?

For me it means the promise of Exaltation in this life. Something of course I cannot conceive for myself but a wonderful promise that can encourage us to live our lives in the best way we can.

Yes,  to have your calling and election made sure, is to know completely that you well be in the Celestial Kingdom.  There is only one person that can do that.

What do you mean there is only one person that can do that? You mean there is only one person that can see Christ and have their Call and Election Made Sure?

i dont remember who told me this but i'm pretty sure its an ordnance similar to the endowment, i could be wrong though as i have not gone through it and i dont think anyone who has would talk about it.
